How to Buy

  1. Select the category o­f merchandise from the menu on the left.
  2. Select the type of product you'd like to look at.
  3. Click on a product to learn more about it.
  4. Choose the size of your chosen product (if applicable) and click 'Add to Cart' (You can continue shopping).
  5. Once you have finished shopping, check your shopping cart to confirm your order is correct. Then, click 'proceed to checkout'.
  6. At the checkout, enter your name and address, and your payment details.

How do I return an item(s)?

Complete the on-line Cont­act Form, or contact the shop.mitsubishi-motors.com.au Customer Service team on 1800 803 057 or +618 8243 8084. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RA). You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.Express will not supply any credits or replacements for goods not received.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) upon receipt of your goods.

How can I exchange an item(s)?

If you would like to exchange colour, size or style, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your requirements. shop.mitsubishi-motors.com.au will credit your account and re-charge you for the exchanged stock. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

IMPORTANT

  1. The return must be received by shop.mitsubishi-motors.com.au within thirty (30) days of the RA number being issued
  2. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by shop.mitsubishi-motors.com.au
  3. All returns must have an RA number.
  4. Any item that is returned to shop.mitsubishi-motors.com.au without an RA number will be returned to sender.
  5. Freight will be charged at the standard rate (please refer ­to our postage and han­dling page)
